We teach people to work with AI. We get rid of digital blue-collar labor.

BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO.

What we do

We teach people to work with AI, and we get rid of digital blue-collar labor: the email, the spreadsheets, the slide decks, design, and code.

where it starts

Most of what people hear about AI is what the largest companies and governments are doing with it. That is worth understanding, and it is not where most of us meet it.

Our work starts here, with how you choose to use it with your team and yourself, to do work that empowers you both. The energy you put in is what comes back.

01 · Engagements

For teams ready to change how they work

Ten to twenty weeks inside your organization, shaped around your industry, your people and your pace of change. We bring a network of experts across every kind of transformation (operations, data, learning and development, product) and leave a team that can run it.

02 · Workshops & speaking

The easiest place to start

Years of facilitating rooms and speaking from stages, brought to yours. We meet people where they are, fear and all, and help them get excited about AI: creative ways to make, start and work with it that feel empowering and freeing. A day or less, with your team. Keynotes and panels on request.

03 · Advisory & one-on-one

For anyone who runs a company

Solopreneurs, small and mid-size businesses, enterprise teams: everyone who runs a company needs help running it in a new way. One-on-one, we set up your AI coworkers and the system that runs them, or take a standing seat at your table: a straight read on AI, people and pace when the decisions are yours.

What happens when we work with your people

Your morning comes back. AI manages the inbox. You still send the mail.

No more blank pages. Nobody builds a deck, a spreadsheet or a first draft from scratch again.

Quality and speed, both. If it only gives you one, it doesn’t count.

Honest about the risks. AI is not a solution for everything. It has real uses you can start on now.

What does it cost

Companies and enterprises pay competitive rates. Nonprofits and community organizations get special pricing. And we give away as much as we can, so anyone can begin.

The gap

Give the screen work away.
Get your people back, and yourself.

Hours a day in front of screens, doing the work around the work. Tell me one person who feels humanized by it.

Twenty years of tools asked us to flatten ourselves to fit them. Then a pandemic drove us into the rectangles, and we never fully came out.

The technology is new, it is accelerating, and nobody is there to teach people. That is the gap.

Technology keeps evolving. We get to choose where it goes, so we can empower one another and flourish.

A long table with ten seats; on it, a proposal and a rising projection, rebuilt.

Investment bank · Ten weeks

A bank’s whole team, working a new way in ten weeks.

An investment bank came in wanting one person to get fast. We listened first, then rebuilt their real proposal and projection work with AI beside the team, and taught as we went. Ten weeks later the way of working was theirs.

Mail sorted into three trays, a reply drafted with a pen, a clock at six.

Investment bank · the CEO’s inbox

“It changed my life. I got my morning back.”

A CEO drowning in email. We sat down together and built a morning system: AI reads the inbox, sorts every thread into three tiers, labels them, and drafts the replies that need him. He reads the drafts and he presses send. Ten weeks later he starts every day at six, on top of everything, without bothering anyone.

Behavioral health network · Compliance first

Nothing moved until the data could.

A behavioral health network wanted help with clinical documentation. Compliance came first. A QA tool piloted with the clinicians who use it, protected health information kept out of every model, and the team taught to run and govern it.

A stack of past memos feeding one new memo; a hand holds the pen on its last line.

Private equity · A skill, not a slide

The first draft arrives the way the partners write.

A private equity firm’s deal team was losing days to memo assembly. We built a deal-memo skill on their own past memos and rolled it out to the team. The machine carries the assembly; the partners keep the judgment.

One page fans into a share card and five slides; a phone approves; four channels receive.

Our own practice · Built once, runs every week

Two days to build. Now it runs, tended and directed.

Content on four channels is a job nobody has time for. We built a pipeline that takes one story, cuts it into the right shape for each channel, and schedules the week. AI drafts, a person approves, nothing posts on its own. Two days to build; an hour a week since.

The five moves

We teach people to work with AI, inside the tools they already have, on the work that eats their days.

Everyone is already using it, on their phone, in the tools their office pays for, on whatever was at hand. What people don’t know, they make up, or get from the news. Education is the antidote. Five moves, in this order, every time.

Listen
We hear what people are already doing with AI. Without judgment.
What happens

A few anonymous questions in your own words, the week before we meet. Then we say it back to the room: what you use, what you fear, what eats your week. It is a strange and good thing to hear your own team say it out loud. Most of what we build comes from that hour.

What it looks like
  • A listening pass answered by the people who do the work, not a survey from above.
  • The say-back: your words on the screen, read to you.
  • The first thing we fix is the thing the room named.
Listen, the first of five moves

What I believe

Practice over time is formation.

Agnostic of what it is we practice. Run every day; it will change you. Practice yoga three times a week; it will change you. Go to a church every week; you will be formed. So how is our relationship with technology forming us? And how much have we unconsciously let those who create our hardware and software dictate our posture and practice and lives?

As much a people change as a technology change.

People can only change at a pace they can tolerate.

Draw the line. Define it. Go.

What the machine takes. What stays human. What you are now free to do.

Invite AI in as a coworker, as a peer.

A role, a boundary, a seat at the table.

Where we stand

We have opinions about AI. We say them out loud.

Alignment, simply said.

The best AI alignment is in everyday work: real systems people work in, built with integrity, that you can trust. Build with integrity and it proliferates integrity.

Just because the tech can doesn’t mean the people can, or should.

There is no hacking our way through this. Restraint is a skill. The question before anything ships: who does this create?

This is political, and we will say so.

Two hundred bills in Congress and almost none connected, while the people building this ask to be trusted on their word. This is a regulated industry in the making. Companies should care about the laws and how to use this well, most of all where the rules already run deep. So we talk about it directly and honestly, and education about it should never be gatekept or paywalled. If that is why you want to work with us, good.

Dustin Nimmo
Dustin, his kids and his mom around a table

50 WEST, CINCINNATI.

About

I’m Dustin Nimmo.

Twelve years a pastor: the Mississippi Delta first, then Hyde Park and Mount Washington in Cincinnati, planting and leading congregations. Then a decade in technology: building for P&G’s biggest brands at Alchemy, leading brand strategy and product at Kroger Health, and product lead at AE Studio, the agency known for its AI safety and alignment research, where I shipped my first AI products and built AI-first learning tools for young readers in an AI-first school network. Since then I’ve run AI education for a national executive cohort, sat in the boardroom and the break room with Fortune 500 teams, and most recently served as CEO of an AI agency.

Serving communities has been the thread of my life since high school. At nineteen I was building homes and writing grants in the Mississippi Delta. In my twenties I worked alongside the homeless community in Mount Washington and served on its community council. In Hyde Park I ran a summer program connecting students with nonprofits across the city, and every congregation I helped plant or lead was built around its neighborhood. This work is no different. I’m here to serve.

I’m a father of three and a cook at heart, and I believe good things happen around tables: when we sit down together, everybody belongs. That photo is one of those tables: my kids, my mom, and one of my daughter’s friends. There’s always room for one more. It’s the picture I carry into every room I work in, a seat for every person, where everyone is heard and everyone can learn. Pull up a seat.
